I would first ping an outside internet address to make sure the route to the
internet is correct.  First ping the IP address of 63.167.147.105.  If that
is successful, check the DNS server by doing another ping to
www.as400-software.com.  If you are not familiar with the ping command, on a
command line type PING and prompt it.  You then type the IP or name where
prompted.
