I don't know if there is a "correct" way of doing this, but in my
paranoia of wiping out other members when I had this problem, I restored
to QTEMP then copied back to the file I needed.

Assuming TAP01 is your tape drive:

RSTOBJ OBJ(QDDSSRC) SAVLIB(QGPL) DEV(TAP01) OBJTYPE(*FILE)
FILEMBR((QDDSSRC (QDSIGNON))) RSTLIB(QTEMP)
