We use that model here as well as T.L. Ashford. I have had the formatting on a previously working label get screwed up and the barcode wouldn't print. I don't remember what caused it at the moment but to fix it, we simply signed off and back on. It appears that the format is only sent once during a session and for some reason the printer "lost" the format for lack of a better term. That might not be exactly true but it had something to do with the problem we had. While working on the problem, I noticed that if I logged on and generated a new label, the format was sent to the printer with the first label but none thereafter. So now, we simply log off and back on, then regenerate the label. I don't know if this is related to your problem or not because you didn't specify whether it was a new setup or one that has stopped working. Anyway, feel free to contact me offline for further discussion. Later, Jack Mullins Programmer/Analyst Sun Ergoline 2409 Industrial Dr P.O. The printer is connected via a linksys print server via IP. Any assisitnace with the barcodes is appreciated.
