We are just about to go from V4R3 to V4R4.  Have the upgrade and all the
CUM CD's ready to go.

This weekend or next.

Why are you recommending skipping V4R4?  

Is this a "strong" recommendation or should we go ahead with our planned
upgrade since we are ready to do it?
