You may use FTP, i suppose.
First dump your table from Oracle, then start an FTP session and PUT data
into an existing PF in your AS400.
Such an activity may be procedure - driven: simply  write a script with FTP
commands inside.
This is a very general purpose solution.

How can we transfer data from a UNIX box running Oracle to an AS400?
We have a 720/4.4, latest cum & latest CAE Service Pack.
This is not just a one time thing.  Via a third party (STC) software data
will be received and sent to the AS400 and the Unix machine.  Please be as
explicit as possible.
