We looked at several but ended up with the ibm product (Visual Info for
AS/400).  We picked this for a couple of reasons;  We wanted individuals
to be able to have a low cost scanner on their desk to be able to scan a
few documents - visual info does not charge a fee per scan station. 
Also it had by far the best API set.
