CLIENT ACCESS ERROR

Running CA Express on this machine for 4 months with no problem. Last week I
got an error about my keyboard not being valid.

I uninstalled CA, and reinstalled today.  Now I get this message.

"PCSWS037 Initialization of Keyboard failed. Session may not be fully
operational.

Windows 2000 Professional."

This all of a sudden began last week on one machine. 
Now it is on two.

Anyone?
