Joe At the risk of sounding churlish, DPSOBJD QSYS/*ALL *LIB *PRINT is your best bet - I just hope your third-party vendors have bothered to put a description on the libraries their applications installed/created. Alternatively your own system audit documentation or change management log ought to provide the details.... The problem is that many third party apps do not register themselves as licensed programs (which would solve your problem) so the only way to know what is on your system is to look through it.
