Disable JSINGLE. Create JWED and make it a member of group profile JSINGLE, with the group owning the authority. Investigate and clean up authority issues at your leisure. If JSINGLE is already a member of ACCTING, then it's a fairly simple matter to create JWED as a member of ACCTING and delete JSINGLE. Alternately, create JWED and have Jane use that ID. Copy the security from JSINGLE as best you can remember (group profiles and authorisation lists help a lot. Now may be a good time to think about implementing them!) Keep JSINGLE around for her to be able to sign on with when a security issue arises. Depending on the culture involved, perhaps Jane can be convinced that her user ID is just a series of letters, and doesn't need to be changed at all...
