He is the boss.  :)  He's got a very sweet Ducati 916 SSP Autographed by
Matt Maladin and Mr. Ferraci.  #69.

Which brings ANOTHER point.  If he wasn't the boss, his boss would care, I
agree.  But most of the time his Boss will know his work and understand it
takes at least 2 hours to do a valve job.  It will be easy for his boss to
measure his competence and skill.  These days, it isn't the case that a
programmers boss was a programmer.  Its usually someone from another Dept
that thinks technology is cool and wanted to change their career for the
10th time.  thus we come full circle as to why management thinks of LOC as a
good measurement.  They have no clue.
