I've used another way til solve this: Created a way (Adopt authority, OBJOWN=QSECOFR, PubAut: *EXCLUDE, but grant aut to specific users) that will allow selected persons (might be the receptionist, might be all the head of departments) to reset any USER-pasword to be the same as the user profile name and PWDEXP(*YES). Change the first-level text of CPF1107 to tell where to get help.
