Awhile back someone asked how to order/get CA V3R2 installed on a V3R2 box. There is an article in News/400 that discusses this. October 1998, page 187, entitled 'Obtaining V3R2M0'. Goes into great detail about feature codes and what not. If you do not have access to News/400 then perhaps Alister can type up the article for you ;-) Rob Berendt ================== Remember the Cole! neilp@dpslink.com Sent by: To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com owner-midrange-l@mi cc: drange.com Subject: Re: CA blanking bet. 27x132 & 24x80 10/31/00 04:44 PM Please respond to MIDRANGE-L I wouldn't bother wasting time with that version. If there's some reason you can't use CA Express (5769XE1 V4R5M0 with Service Pack SF62213), then install 5763XD1 V3R2M0 with Service Pack SF62608 (a new service pack is due today). Service Pack SF52313 may be latest and last service pack for V3R1M2, but it's ancient history, released in January 1999. MIDRANGE-L 27x132 & 24x80 Anybody having problems with Client Access returning a blank 5250 screen with only the cursor flashing when changing from a 27x132 screen back to a 24x80? I can use any valid function key to continue; usually I try using the roll key, but when that's not valid, I hesitate to use something else that might perform an action I don't really want to take. I'm using V3R1M2 CA with the SF52313 service pack installed (the latest and last). I had this problem before at another location that I was able to fix by uninstalling the service pack and reverting back to the previous service pack. But here, I installed CA just recently and downloaded the only service pack available from IBM's web site. Is there a way to get my hands on previous service packs for V3R1M2 CA?
