1)  Can they legally transfer the software with that model?
2)  Is it software complete, does it have everything you want like RPG,
SQL, QUERY, etc?
3)  Are you doing work which requires you to have hardware, or would you be
better off using a timeshare?
4)  Do you want to be stuck on V3R7?
