A new tool.

I saw this on Ignite/400's list and since nobody has posted it here yet
I thought I would. 
Brad Stone posted a message about a new tool, well heck I'll just let ya
look at his post. 

Let me just say that I have downloaded it and I am so happy to have an
alternative the the web config tool.

I just put together a green-screen HTTP config tool and made it
available on
my web site.  It's called HTTPTOOL and can be downloaded at:
http://www.bvstools.com/httptool.html

View instance jobs, change instance parameters, edit configs, see status
of
the web instances (running, ended, running with MSGW), how many jobs are
running for an instance, etc all from one command.

This is something I know I've been waiting for IBM to make, but they
didn't
so I did.  :)  

This is the first version, so if you try it, please report any bugs or
things you would like to see added.  I'm already using it full time.  :)
