If you plan to use the QUSRTOOLS, you may want to plan on installing the C
compiler as well; most of the tools remaining in the QUSRTOOL library
require them.   Most shops don't license C, but on V4R4M0 and later
releases you can install the C compiler (among other things) for a 70 day
trial period, which should be enough to create the tools.
