I am suddenly getting message TCP3427, Remote host system rejected the open 
attempt.

Cause .....This may have occured because the remote system does not have ports 
availabel for use or does not support TELNET.

I am telnet'd between the two systems & nothing that I am aware of has changed 
on either box.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I have used this command 
many times in the past. I don't know where to look
