Isn't it a little odd that IBM would chose an untrademarkable name for their big rebranding? One of their execs said that their little trademarked 'circled e' gave them the right to use the eServer name. Do they believe that their little trademarked 'circled e' gives them carte blanc for every word with the letter e in it? (hmmm, Intel, Dell, Gateway, too bad Microsoft doesn't work...) And, would it be ok with them if I start building computers in my garage and marketing them as eServers?
