Very punny!  Yeah, software vendors should be using new technology, EJB,
JSP, etc., no doubt about it.  There's enough reasons to go around as to why
the 400 is not perceived as modern, lagging vendor application modernization
included.  We all can share in some blame.

What I don't understand is the fact that IBM is going to spend millions
convincing us to use new names for their products rather than spend millions
convincing us that their product is better than the competition.
