RMTCMD is the name of the PC program to execute a command on the 400.  For
example from a DOS prompt
rmtcmd //nameof400 dspobjd obj(qsys/qusrsys) objtype(*lib) output(*outfile)
outfile(rob/filename)
Then I will get results.
Then I can use the command
RFROMPCB to get the file downloaded.

Keep in mind that the program you call might have to set up it's own
library list, unless, the desired library list matches the library list in
the job description associated with the user profile.

We have a client who uses Client Access over twinax.  They want to have a
batch file on the PC which will run a CL program which builds a file, and
then pulls the file from the 400 to the PC.

How do I do this over a twinax connection?
