There isn't an easy way, especially for lots of special values, but some
values are easy for the CLP to work out... in your example:

If (&jobd = '*USRPRF') RTVUSRPRF JOBD(&JOBD) JOBDLIB(&JOBDLIB)

A more difficult example would be specifying the jobq, where you might want
the special value of *JOBD or specify a real jobqlib/jobq... since there is
no RTVJOBD command, you can't work out what JOBQ(*JOBD) really means.

In that case the simplest way is to use two SBMJOBs, or build the command
into a field and use QCMDEXC.

There are other ways... but probably not worth the effort for a one-off
program.
