     I think I had this problem before.... Check first the keboard type 
     on the terminal. This is a setup option on the 3197. For USA, the 
     keyboard id should be --. If that is correct, then check the device 
     description to make sure the keyboard language type is "USB". It's 
     been years since I had to do this. Pardon my failing memory.

I'm trying to get an old 3197 D working.  I get a sign on screen but when I 
type a Q a G is displayed.  The little documentation that I have leads me to 
believe that I need the Users Guide (GA18-2545) but I can't find one (or we 
never had one).  Anyone know where I can find one or what the problem with 
the terminal is?
