Need HELP WITH NULL HANDLING IN SQLRPGLE -- MIDRANGE-L

Jeff's problem lies in the fact that the idiot SQL pre-processor does not
want to recognize a structure of null flags _unless_ they are defined as an
array with the DIM keyword.  So, if you want to do anything foolish (like
actually give meaningful names to them) you can only do so by overlaying
the array on top of your null indicators.
