 No.  I believe I understand the requirement very well. 
There's no real reason that the entire job structure must be restored, as
long as the job information is available.  Right?  So my
suggestion is to restore the information and have separate commands (or
possibly another parm on the spool file commands) to manipulate the
restored spools.
