David, actually, from what I'm told, there's ALOT of central and S.America that hasn't seen V3R1! I just finished doing a eval for a product that has a high Central/South America client base and was astounded to see that they're target compile rls is V2R3'ish....(forget actual on, but it was a V2rx...!) They told me that they have a large install base in c/s America and that the economies down there just don't allow upgrading...perhaps there are better minds than mine on this list that can comment to this...
