How about an RPG to DOS BASIC converter. Or maybe RPG to FORTRAN?? <vbg>

I hate to ask, but why? Seeing the products you have developed, I know you can
handle COBOL. Performance wise, you will not see a benefit to RPG, especially if
it is a straight conversion. I did extensive testing years ago, and RPG and 
COBOL
had comparable performance for comparable tasks. The standard line was that RPG
was the "native" language, therefore it performed better. I really think it was 
a
matter of lack of familiarity. Also, way back when, COBOL was part of one
division, while RPG was from a different part. (I think DPD and GSD
respectively). This didn't help matters.
