 You could use QIBM_QZDA_INIT (to allow/restrict connections) and
QIBM_QZDA_SQL2 (to audit and log SQL statements) exit points writing you own
exit pgms on CL, RPG, ...  Look at the CA Express Host Servers book for
formats and examples.
