Maybe one of these will tickle your memory:

"Previously the host server modules, QGYSETG and QGYOLMSG,
assumed that an APPC device message queue is always present.
But this is not always the case, like when native TCP/IP is
being used.  This has been corrected." - from APAR #SA48812.

"This server's workload is not associated with client access
within system performance data. This results in client access
workloads being reported incorrectly by various performance
tools." - from APAR #SA79855.

I went to http://as400service.rochester.ibm.com and searched "All IBM" for
QGYSETG. There were a couple of other APAR's that mention QGYSETG but gave
no clear idea of what it is, other than a module in the 5769SS1HS - 400-12
HOST SUPPORT component.
