CWBC01003 Error

I have a peculiar problem that has just developed, actually 2, a couple of
weeks ago we install the new version of ZEN 3.0 on our network and CA400
Express kinda went nuts, on a couple of machines, I got a Winsock error when
they tried to log on. The function returned was 10107, that's not even in
the messages, if you go in and out of it, it finally works and uninstalling
it and having ZEN deliver it sometimes works but not on one PC it just won't
go away.

The second problem is yesterday, our network had to shut down and reboot
some of the servers, usually this is not a problem for our Express, it just
needs IP, but now about 10-20 people all though the day are getting Winsock
error with the function  10061 which says: "The AS/400 system refused the
connection. Make sure the host servers have been started on the AS/400
system; see How to Start AS/400 Host Socket Servers.

If a TCP/IP router of some kind exists on the network between the PC and the
AS/400 system, make sure the router is configured to allow connections to
the Client Access Express host socket servers on the AS/400 system. If
message CWBCO1022 was logged as well, this message indicates the port number
that must be allowed through the router to perform the Client Access Express
function being attempted" and the host server shuts down, we can see it with
cwbping so we end them and start it again. We're on V4R3, any clues?
