Probably the simplest approach is to look for the X-List-Name header, if
your email software will let you search for arbitrary headers.
Midrange-L's looks like this:

X-List-Name: Midrange Systems Mailing List (MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com)

That should appear in every list message, regardless of where the original
sender put the list's address.
