To use TN5220 with SSL you must be at V4R2 or higher.  You need Digital
Certificate Manager and HTTP server installed on your AS/400.  At V4R2 and
R3 you must download a savefile from IBM's web page.  Refer to Redbook
SC24-5190 V4 TCP/IP for AS400: More Cool Things Than Ever.
