We use your technique for a number of commands (duplicates in QHLPSYS) and
not had any problems - can't help there :-( You can however change the
System library list on a job by job basis via CHGSYSLIBL. It's a
privileged command, so you'll need to wrapper it with an adopted
authority program if your users can't access it.
