AS/400 Web Hosting

I am looking for an outside company that does web hosting and other such
functions on an AS/400.  Essentially an outsourcer.  I am currently working with
a company in Indiana that does this and we are very happy with - Eviciti.
However, management has asked us to come up with competitive pricing for this
service.  Any ideas?

Essentially, we are looking at hosting our B2B site on an AS/400 using a
combination of Domino, Websphere, and eventually Apache.  The vendor should be
able to provide a shared system initially with the ability to move to a
dedicated system.  This system would then be connected back to our line of
business systems at our facility.
