Define a share, App1, in Netserver under the Home folder, I would create a
new application folder and the a folder for the particular application. 
//AS400/Root/Home/Applications/App1

Grant the appropriate rights to the folder and put you programs, DLL, what
ever in there.  Users can map a drive to it or reference the share path.
