FTP.. Need Help -- MIDRANGE-L

I want to download a file from a server daily in batch, the file on the server
will have a different name each day. (Example file0907 file0908)

My question is how do you change the name of the file on the get command in the
text member, so that it changes the last four positions of the filename.
(Example file0908 -> file0909)  I want the batch program to increment the mmdd
so that the right file will be dowloaded daily without any user intervention.
