I would audit usage of the job queue description.  See the Security
Reference for specifics on object auditing.  *AUDIT special authority is
required for all auditing functions.

See these auditing commands:

DSPSECAUD
CHGSECAUD
CHGOBJAUD

Auditing logs information to the QAUDJRN security journal, based on system,
user, and object auditing settings.  You can view and report on the journal
receiver entries to track access to system objects (who, what, when)

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to monitor jobs being submitted to
jobq's.  I want to know be able to record when a job is submitted to a
certain jobq.  Specifically I want to find out if I have jobq's that aren't
even being used.
