Why UK or Europe?  I run a time share from outside Boston.  I have
subscribers from all over the world getting at my machines via the internet.
I have one person in New Zealand (just about exactly half-way around the
world) and his response time is typically ONE SECOND.  Wow!  And to think
that I used to run a manufacturing plant with 50 people over a single 9600
baud leased line.
