Hi Mustafa,
best thing for a beginner in this area is to look at some existing CL-
Code. Try RTVCLSRC for instance from QSTRUP (the IBM supplied startup-
PGM in QSYS), put this thing in QGPL/QCLSRC and go there with STRPDM
Option 2 then work with QCLSRC in Library QGPL (through Option 12) and
then go and edit QSTRUP with Option 2.
Like in every AS/400 editor you can prompt (F4) every command inside
that source for their specific options.
You then have to compile this thing (Option 14) and now you can call
your own cl-prog. Like this, you can even define your own commands
(crtcmd), which are in their simplest form just a kind of wrapper for 
the called cl-prog.
This should get you up and run ...
