you might try this manual, appendix d had some good cross reference
tables.

also, the best thing i found was a free download from ibm that allowed
you to go thru and print test pages of all the fonts, with samples, and
their codes, but i can't get the page to come up now.  i think it was at
http://www.printers.ibm.com/as400 and then take free downloads, or
something like that.  you downloaded a library called rdfont.
