You're right and, whoever they are, they're wrong. I cannot think of a reason to perform a read no-wait on a data queue unless they are doing read no-waits on three of four data queues. Used to be that if a job was waiting on a data queue, endsbs wouldn't kill it. I don't think that is true any more.
