You're on the right track.  Try /QSYS.LIB/TAP01.DEVD.  I'm not sure, but this 
may be case sensitive.?.  Attached is a link that I think will help you out 
(V4R4 Backup & Recovery Guide).  Unfortunately, when I tried to access this 
page I got an error, which may indicate that this IBM site is down.
