About a month ago I was on-line during a thunderstorm. It took my internal modem out even though I had my phone and electrical plugs in a serge protector. I replaced the internal modem. Tested it and still couldn't get in. tried my home phone line (I have two one for the computer) and it worked. I had the phone company check my computer line afterwards for whatever reason it worked (they said they couldn't find a problem). I went on vacation and the modem has blown again. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should do next?
