Those are the libraries that allow you compile programs at previous 
releases.  Don't delete them.  If you want to get rid of them, DLTLICPGM 
5769SS1 OPTION(9).

Just one word of caution.  Although they contain a lot of objects, they 
don't take up a lot of space.  I always keep them.
