Use the %EditC function:

   C                        Eval    String= 'The Annual Salary is  ' + 
%Trim(%EditC(1000 * 12 : 'A': *CURSYM))
   C                                   + ' paid evenly by months."

will print the string  "The Annual Salary is  $12,000 paid evenly by 
months."

(This is from the RPG reference manual btw)

How can i concatenate hexadecimal in string in RPGLE??? 
i've use 'cat' 'eval' but it doesn't work.
