I have a job that runs on an AS/400 and builds a number of data files. After the files are built, the AS/400 kicks off a batch job on the NT server. The NT server batch job then attempts to communicate with the AS/400 using ODBC to get the data in the files that were just built. The NT batch job always fails with an CWB0999 error saying that we need to issue a connect command first. Has anyone got this to work? IBM hasn't been a lot of help so far. How about an alternative?
