How do we change the Client Access Express default name log-on panel? -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

How do we change the Client Access Express default name log-on panel?

This is driving me batty.  I've looked under the Client Access Help,  the 
Read-me text, the Help book in the Client Access folder, asked here, 
visited the IBM web sites, and tried every option I can find but the panel 
keeps coming up with the name of the person that first uses the emulation 
session after it was constructed.  In one case this is 3 employees ago.
