If you have not solved your 6400 printer problem, here is the solution IBM 
gave me when we were having the same problem.
You need to create a Print Services Facility Configuration (CRTPSFCFG) in 
QGPL. Then add this to your DEVD as user-defined object. The *PFS object 
lets you define ctrl page size.

we have a client that got a 6400 ipds printer, ethernet attached, to
replace an old band twinax printer.

the invoices are printed on a shorter form, and the printer defaults to
66 lpi.  is it the ethernet attachment that is causing it to loose the
form length?  is this fixable (easily) or should they hook up and old
4224 for the odd length forms.
