Dave, the listing you're showing is the values that you specified
on the command.  For the listing of the actual options being used,
taking the H spec into account, go to the next page of your listing.

It's a coincidence that the options on the continuation lineseem
to be the only ones being ignored.  Actually, of the options you
have in your H spec, those two are the only ones that are different
from the command defaults.
