Hmm...I use the sent to people or distribution list rule and it seems to work for me. I have a rule that includes MIDRANGE-L and the RPG list. The text it looks for is "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com" or the corresponding string from the RPG list. What's the full logic of your rule? Mine is apply the rule after the message arrives, look for the sent to text, move to the midrange folder. > -----Original Message----- > From: Philip Freimann [mailto:PFreimann@cranemail.com] > Sent: Monday, July 31, 2000 10:16 AM > To: 'MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com' > Subject: Outlook 2000 Rules Wizard for MIDRANGE-L > > > A bit off subject, but with a hundred MIDRANGE-L messages > coming in a day, I > am unsuccessfully trying to file them in their own folder > using "Outlook > 2000 Rules Wizard."
