Chuck
I think you & maybe others are missing the point that Al and Chuck Lewis
were making.
They want a place to put references to good articles(URLs) and Testimonials
so that when
THEY are on an Internet forum, or taking to someone or emailing someone,
THEY can reference
that site for a treasure trove of good info to use. Something like what
the IBM's AS/400 site trys
to do with white papers, and consultant reports.

However IBM is quite formal on what gets on their site.
We would like a place to put references like the following.

http://www.infoworld.com/articles/ec/xml/00/04/03/000403ectca2.xml
http://www.as400.ibm.com/conslt/meta.htm
http://www.as400.ibm.com/news/26jul2000b.htm
http://www.as400.ibm.com/news/05jun2000.htm
http://www.as400.ibm.com/news/26jun2000.htm
http://www.infoworld.com/articles/ec/xml/00/03/22/000322ecibmscm.xml

And just as importantly, real life stories culled from this group.

But the main point, it's so that WE can go to that place and point to that
place for good stuff while we are on Internet forums, etc.

"we" already know how great it is...the testimonials need to be elsewhere
for those who don't know about it.

You guys please populate it, so I can point to it in my posts to various
forums when relevant AS/400 openings come up, like in
http://www.year2000.com/ecommerce list
sometimes I have a vague notion of the facts but do not have URL at my
fingertips & might like to go to one place for a list of links. Like today
I
was telling a digitally deprived nation's Chamber of Commerce about IBM's
Partners in Education ... I strongly suspect that it is totally AS/400, but
I
am not for sure.
