There is an additional input parameter in ERRC0200 that allows you to enable CCHAR message handling, that is not present in ERRC0100, and the definition of the exception data subfield is internal in ERRC0100, and a pointer to a returned data space in ERRC0200, which also has some additional subfields at the end of the structure that specify an offset into the returned data space, data length and CCSID of the exception data. It's amazing how confused you can get when you read the manual.
